On Sunday, February 20th, 2005 a friend and I traveled to Catalina Island to perform the task of scattering Claudia's ashes in the ocean. I chose Catalina Island because Claudia loved the ocean and the beach, and because that's the same place we scattered her mothers ashes in the year 2000.
